We are looking for an installer who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and can confidently adjust or troubleshoot an installation when needed. We don’t take ourselves too seriously—but we take our craft and our customers very seriously. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

As part of the role, you’ll collect final balances, demonstrate product operation and care, complete basic repairs, and always leave each home cleaner and better than you found it.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Handyman or installation experience

  • Comfortable using power drills, levels, and measuring tools

  • Strong time-management skills

  • Excellent customer service mindset

  • Clear English communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and able to use mobile apps / basic software

  • Works well independently and within a team

  • Fast learner with a willingness to grow

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Secondary school completion (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of handyman experience

  • Window-covering installation (asset)

  • Carpentry certificate or trade experience (asset)

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record (required)

COMPENSATION

$20 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day

Additional Requirements

  • A background check will be required for the selected applicant

  • We are willing to train the right applicant
