Key Responsibilities

Conduct 2–3 in-home design consultations per working day
Provide expert product guidance and customized design solutions
Accurately measure windows and prepare precise orders
Use your own vehicle to attend appointments (gas covered by company credit card)
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client communication
Promptly respond to inquiries and follow up on open leads
Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and design trends
Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic professional development sessions
Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments is preferred (not required)

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in a design role
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Confident working with measurements and basic math
Comfortable using tape and laser measurement tools
Physically able to climb stairs, lift up to 20 lbs, and use a 6-foot ladder
High standards of honesty, professionalism, and customer service

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
