- Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and guidance on design concepts, materials, and color schemes
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure design specifications are met
- Assist clients in selecting product and accessories that align with their design vision
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the overall design project
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry developments
- Previous experience in a design or sales role preferred. Minimum 2 years in sales required with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to process sales transactions. Experience with SalesForce preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Familiarity with remodeling and renovation processes is a plus
- Basic knowledge of window coverings is desirable
- Experience in outside sales is an advantage
- Comfortability on ladders is required
